Black and White
at Huron Ave, Friday
Returning after several fantastic Swing City gigs last year, with guest Dave Howard from "Roomful of Blues". Specializing in catering to the swing dancing crowd, "Black & White" have performed at the prestigious BOSTON BLUES FESTIVAL, and have had the honor of sharing billing with some of music history's top performers. Nominated in the 2000, 2002, 2003 & 2005 PROVIDENCE PHOENIX BEST MUSIC POLL - Best Blues/R&B Act Category.
Fat City Band
at Huron Ave, Saturday
Originally HIGHLY recommended by some our esteemed band scouts and now Swing City "regulars", this band proclaims, "Music should be fun," and it has been! Check them out online and see you there.
Superchief Trio
at Huron Ave, Friday
Regularly featured in Rhode Island's swing dance community, the Superchief Trio (actually a quintet) features a unique combination of two-fisted piano, red hot trombone, blazing guitar, rock solid bass, powerful vocals and frenzied percussion antics. Count on them to keep you on your feet all evening.

Tom Nutile Big Band
at Huron Ave, Friday
Think Basie and Sinatra, Benny Goodman and Peggy Lee. The Tom Nutile Big Band had made a big name for itself recently in the New England Swing Dancing circuit. With their roots are in the swing era of the 1930s, 40s and 50s, this 15 pc band's mission is to entertain!
